Overview
The degree course in Chemistry, the only one in the L-27 class in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, aims to train graduates with adequate knowledge of the different sectors of chemistry, in basic, theoretical and experimental aspects. The training path of the course, divided into a single curriculum, includes activities aimed at acquiring the basic elements of mathematics and physics, the fundamental principles of analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, physical chemistry, general and inorganic chemistry, industrial chemistry and macromolecular chemistry, and basic knowledge of biochemistry.

The curriculum includes all educational activities (classes, workshops, etc.) that must be taken to obtain a degree.
Career opportunities
Graduates in Chemistry will be able to carry out professional activities in the industrial sector; in research, control and analysis laboratories; in the environmental and energy sectors and in the conservation of cultural heritage. Graduates in Chemistry can access Master’s Degree courses and first level Masters and can also enroll in the register of Junior Chemists – section. B, after passing the State Exam, and thus practice the freelance profession.
