An increasingly broad, multidisciplinary and current training offer is available to future students, in line with the needs of society, the productive world and institutions: 77 degree courses, between first and second level, activated within three disciplinary macro-areas: the technological-scientific area, life and health sciences, social sciences and humanities.

The broad training proposal of UniTS places, in particular, great attention to the environment, sustainability and technological development through data science and artificial intelligence, and responds to the demand for qualified professionals in particular in the medical and healthcare fields, education and management.

EDUCATIONAL NEWS

The training offer of the University of Trieste is extremely dynamic: in the last three years, 8 new degree courses have been activated which interpret the transformations taking place in our era, the new challenges that our society must face and the new trend academic of the integration of knowledge.

In this direction, the 2023/24 academic year sees two new features starting: the Master’s Degrees in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence and in Marketing and Management.

EMPLOYMENT DATA AT THE TOP

The effectiveness of the training courses is demonstrated by the Almalaurea 2022 data, which underlined how 82% of three-year graduates and over 83% of master’s graduates find work one year after graduation, an average of almost ten points above the national one, and how UniTS graduates obtain a monthly salary that is over 100 euros higher than recent graduates from other Italian universities (1,738 euros compared to the national average of 1,635).

NO TAX AREA RAISED TO 26,500 EUROS, SCHOLARSHIPS FOR ENTITLED PARTICIPANTS AND VALORISATION OF MERIT

With the aim of offering an increasingly accessible university education, UniTS has planned for the a.y. 2023/24 a further increase in the no tax area, which reaches 26,500 euros, and has maintained the broad system of total and partial exemptions, reductions and contributions based on merit.

The total exemption remains in force for the winners of the Regional Agency for the Right to University Education scholarships, awarded in recent years to 100% of those entitled.

Furthermore, the benefits based on merit are confirmed, representing half of the total contributions for partial exemptions and reductions, demonstrating the excellent results of UniTS students and the University’s commitment to rewarding the deserving.
